Every story has a final page. If you're ready to close yours with Wishtales AI, we understand—and we’re truly grateful for the time you spent creating with us. Your ideas, your imagination, your Wishes—they were all part of something meaningful. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data, saved projects, and any remaining Wishes, and this action cannot be undone. If you're certain, you can proceed below. How to Delete Your Account? (Mobile)
• Launch the Wishtales AI App
Open the Wishtales AI app on your mobile device. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete. If you are not logged in, enter your credentials (email and password) to access your account.
• Launch the Wishtales AI App
From the app’s home screen, locate and tap the Profile icon. The Profile section displays your account details, such as your username, email, and settings.
• Launch the Wishtales AI App
Within the Profile section, look for the Account option. Tap on it to open the account management settings.
• Launch the Wishtales AI App
Scroll through the Account settings to find the Delete Account option. Tap on it to initiate the deletion process. The app may display a warning message informing you that this action is irreversible and will remove all associated data (e.g., profile information, stories, or preferences).

After selecting Delete Account, the app will prompt you to confirm your decision. This may involve:
- Reading a summary of what will be deleted (e.g., account data, user content).
- Entering your password or a verification code sent to your registered email to authenticate the request.
- Tapping a Confirm Deletion button to finalize the action.
- Follow each step carefully, as the app may include additional prompts to ensure the request is intentional.
• Launch the Wishtales AI App
- Once confirmed, the app will process your request. You may see a confirmation message indicating that your account deletion is in progress. Depending on the app’s design, you might be logged out automatically or redirected to the login screen.
- A follow-up email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm the deletion request and provide details on the processing timeline (e.g., completion within 30 days, subject to data retention policies).
How to Delete Your Account? (Web)
• Open the Wishtales AI Web App
Navigate to any (Generative AI, Compositional AI, Narrative AI, DANK AI) official Wishtales AI web application using your browser.
• Sign In
Log in with your registered email address and password. You must be signed in to initiate the deletion process. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
• Access Account Settings
Click your profile icon, then select “Profile” followed by “Account Settings” to access your personal account preferences.
• Locate and Select “Delete Account”
In the Account Settings section, scroll to find the “Delete Account” option. Click it to begin the deletion process.
You will see a warning message outlining that this action is permanent and will result in the removal of all associated data, including user content and preferences.
• Confirm the Request
You may be asked to:
•Review what will be deleted
•Enter your password or a verification code sent to your registered email
•Click “Confirm Deletion” to finalize the process
• Receive Confirmation
Once confirmed:
•You may be automatically signed out of the web app
•A confirmation message will appear in the app interface
•A follow-up email will be sent to your registered email address confirming the deletion request and processing timeline (e.g., within 30 days, subject to data retention policies)
Important Notes
Irreversible Action: Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, associated content, and data from Wishtales AI. You will no longer be able to log in with the deleted account or recover any information.
Data Retention: Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes (e.g., compliance with tax laws or records of abusive accounts), as outlined in the
Pending Implementation: Since this feature is yet to be implemented, these steps are based on the intended design. Once live, the app will include these options, and any deviations will be updated in the official instructions.
